Aluminum fixed louvred blinds with inclination, model UPF-105
The UPF-105 louvers are a solar protection system with aluminum slats and battens, which have different inclinations, according to the needs of each project. It also offers the possibility of using perforated louvers, making it possible to better screen solar radiation. It is especially suitable for galleries, skylights or engine rooms.
Description for projects
UMBELCO model UPF-105 fixed louvers manufactured according to ISO 9001 quality standards, following CSR criteria and free of programmed obsolescence. Composed of 105 mm wide and 20 mm thick double reflection slats, with continuous painted aluminum strip (COIL-COATING process), with high resistance to weathering according to salt spray test (more than 450 h in WEISS SSC 450 chamber) and tubular extruded aluminum strips L-6063 with T5 treatment, die-cut at the factory for the correct fit in the opening.
They are optionally available lacquered in any color of the RAL range, customized with interior colors different from the exterior or with perforated slats.
COMPONENTS
The UPF 105 fixed louvers are composed of a series of slanted aluminum louvers and die-cut aluminum battens for 25°, 45°, 60° and 90° inclination. The patented non-return system allows the expansion of the slats without riveting or bolting between the slat and the support.
VARIANTS
UPF 105 louvers can be horizontal, vertical, inverted, perforated, cantilevered, mitered, or with different types of corner finials. The frames can be sliding, hinged, hinged, folding lifting or booklet frames.
UPF 105 FIXED LOUVERS
Can UPF-105 be installed with horizontal / vertical louvers?
Yes, UPF-105 can be installed horizontally or vertically.
What slat pitch is available?
Standard slat inclinations are 25°, 45°, 60° and 90°, but special inclinations are available upon request.
What is the maximum length of UPF-105 fixed louvers?
The slats can be made in 600cms in one piece, but the supporting battens of these slats must maintain a maximum cadence of 120cms.
I want more light / more ventilation, how can I get it?
If the slat pitch and slat spacing are not sufficient, we additionally offer the option of perforating the slats.
What is the maximum spacing between the support battens?
Regardless of whether it is a lattice with vertical or horizontal slats, the maximum distance between supports is 120 cm.
How often do I have to put fixings on this truss?
The joists need to be fastened every 120 cm, both horizontally and vertically, regardless of the arrangement of the slats.
I have doubts about the anchors, how can I solve it?
