NEW STEEL LOUVERS
Steel l ouvers are a recent addition to our range, designed specifically for representative solar shading projects looking to maximize the impact of louvers in their designs. We manufacture large-format steel slat lattices, designed to stand out.
Our range of steel latticework is characterized by its traditional tapered shape, in 35 cm, 48 cm and 60 cm slat sections. In spite of their dimensions, these models are smoothly operated by means of the standard manual system, although they can be optionally offered motorized or fixed, depending on the needs of each project.
The choice of steel is no accident. It is a material that, due to its availability, strength and durability, is present in our daily environment. With this material, we have managed to present an innovative product line, which offers technical advantages over its aluminum counterparts, and which represents a unique value proposition for our customers.
The steel slat lattices we present are in line with our environmentally friendly policies. Steel is a circular material, which can be recycled an indefinite number of times, with an established industrial network for its correct recycling and reuse. Our production system recovers and reuses the remains of this material, while offering a durable product to maximize its circularity.
OUR STEEL SLAT LATTICES
Our steel louvers cover the Brise Soleil UPO-350-fe, UPO-480-fe andUPO-600-fe lines of large blades.
Reasons to choose steel louvred lattices
The addition of steel slats to our range opens up new design opportunities. Thanks to the range of available finishes, we offer new steel louvers in galvanized finish, which fit very well in both modern and rustic architectural projects.
Steel is a widely available industrial material, which is used in thousands of applications, not only in the construction sector. Thanks to this feature, we are faced witha range of cheap, functional and resistant steel trusses, which fits perfectly in multiple industrial architecture projects.
The strength of the steel is another factor we took into account when incorporating steel slats into our range. The strength of the material, together with the different layers of protection that are applied to it, make steel louvers a highly weather and wind resistant solution, factors that are part of our understanding of solar protection.
In addition to all the factors already mentioned, it is important to highlight the circularity of steel, a sustainable material, which has a long useful life and can be recycled in very efficient ways at the end of its useful life. A key to its addition to our range of sunscreens is that the steel aligns with our policies on sustainability.
Works with steel slat trusses
The experience acquired in the design and manufacture of sun protection is also applied to the new range of steel louvers. Tll the features that have made us a benchmark in terms of resistance and durability are extended to a range of products that are which, in spite of having large slats, allows manual or motorized operation, has high impact resistance end walls, and is manufactured according to strict criteria of quality, sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
