Aluminum Z-shaped fixed louvers, model UPZ-70×30
The UPZ-70×30 fixed louvers are a novelty in the small fixed louvers segment. Along with its traditional flat-sided exterior design, it brings the competitive advantages of our range, such as variable axle spacing, its efficient clipping system and the use of tubular aluminum supports.
Description for projects
UMBELCO type UPZ-70×30 inclined fixed louvers, consisting of 70 mm wide and 30 mm thick Z-shaped louvers in extruded aluminum L-6063 with T5 treatment. The set consists of a series of Z-shaped slats, arranged in parallel and assembled to sturdy extruded aluminum tubular profiles by means of an effective patented anti-return system that allows the expansion of the slats without riveting or screws between slat and support, including p.p. elements of direct fixing to the work, assembly and cleaning.
They are optionally available in various anodized finishes, or lacquered in any color of the RAL range.
COMPONENTS
The UPZ-70×30 are composed of 70x30mm Z-shaped extruded aluminum slats and rear extruded aluminum joists with suitable recesses to accommodate the slats. The patented non-return clipping system allows for the expansion of the slats without riveting the slats or screws between the slat and the support.
VARIANTS
The louvers can be horizontal, vertical, visor, mitered or cornered. The frames can be sliding, hinged, folding or booklet frames.
FIXED SLATTS : UPZ 70x30
What are the most frequent uses of this product?
UPZ-70×30 is recommended mainly for sliding or hinged leaf systems, and in modules that require a very reduced total width of the louvers (only 4 cm total).
Can UPZ-70X30 be installed with horizontal / vertical slats?
Yes, the UPZ-70X30 admits the slats in horizontal or vertical arrangement indistinctly.
What slat pitch is available?
UPZ-70×30 louvers are only available at 0º inclination.
What is the maximum length of UPZ-70x30 fixed slats?
The slats can be made in 600cms in one piece, but the supporting battens of these slats must maintain a maximum cadence of 120cms.
I want more light / more ventilation, how can I get it?
UPZ-70×30 allows a wide range of slat spacings. Increase the spacing between axes to increase the passage of light or the percentage of ventilation.
What is the maximum spacing between the support battens?
Regardless of whether it is a lattice with vertical or horizontal slats, the maximum distance between supports is 120 cm.
How often do I have to put fixings on this truss?
The joists need to be fastened every 120 cm, both horizontally and vertically, regardless of the arrangement of the slats.
I have doubts about the anchors, how can I solve it?
